I PHOTOGRAPH THE THINGS YOU’LL WISH YOU COULD FREEZE.
Hey, I’m Natasha.
I’m a portrait photographer based in Monrovia, California, and I specialize in in-studio maternity and family sessions for people in the San Gabriel Valley and beyond.
I didn’t start out here. I’ve worked across different genres of photography, but maternity and family work is where I found my footing — and honestly, where I feel most alive behind the camera. There’s something about photographing a family at a specific point in time, knowing that exact version of them will never exist again, that makes this work feel like it really matters.
My studio is a private, comfortable space where sessions move at your pace. You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to have “photogenic kids.” You just need to show up, and I’ll take care of the rest.
I believe beautiful photography doesn’t require perfection. It requires presence. And my job is to create the conditions where that presence can happen — then get out of the way and capture what’s real.
THE EXPERIENCE
Every session begins with a consultation so we can talk through your vision, choose your wardrobe palette, and make sure you feel confident walking in the door. On the day of your session, you’ll arrive to a calm studio, a curated backdrop, and a photographer who’s genuinely excited to meet your family.
I work slowly and intentionally. I’d rather take 40 images that are extraordinary than 400 that are forgettable.
After your session, we’ll zoom-meet to go through your gallery together — so you’re never left alone staring at a screen trying to decide. I’ll help you choose, and we’ll talk through how to bring your images to life in your home.
A FEW MORE THINGS
I’m based in Monrovia and serve families throughout the San Gabriel Valley, including Pasadena, Arcadia, Glendora, Azusa, Covina, Duarte, and the greater Los Angeles, Orange County and beyond.
I keep my calendar intentionally small — which means your session gets my full attention, not a distracted photographer trying to fit in five shoots a weekend.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m walking my dog Harley-Quinn, traveling outdoors with my husband Rickey, and obsessively rearranging studio backdrops.
